    Sarah Landrum

    Born and raised in Georgia, Sarah Landrum attended Emory University, receiving an BA degree in Classics with a concentration in Latin.
    After teaching studio art and Latin for one year at the high school level, she made the decision to attend art school, and spent three years studying at Rhode Island School of Design, graduating with a BFA in painting and a minor in printmaking.
    Following art school, she resumed teaching art in schools, museums, and community art centers. Throughout her career as an arts educator she maintained her studio practice and continued to exhibit her work. She retired from teaching in 2019 and is now a full-time artist.
