Planning an event?

We have 2 spaces available. One is the stage area which is perfect if you are going to have a band or DJ or a party type event. This area is climate controlled and has a bar area, frig, and 2 bathrooms. The adjacent space is more like a gallery area; it contains a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms but is not climate controlled.  One space rents for $600 with a $350 security deposit. If you want to rent both spaces the price is $1,000 with a $575 security deposit. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee.  The deposit reserves your date and is returned after the event provided that the space is left in good condition.

Both areas are surrounded by music and art studios and tenants have 24/7 access to their space although there is little traffic late at night and we do make everyone aware if there is an event to avoid conflicts.
