Join Lara on Monday mornings (9am to 10am) to center and energize for the week and/or each Thursday evenings to wash off the week and prepare for a purposeful weekend.  Her classes focus on incorporating the breath along with different postures to assist in strengthening the body and calming the mind. These classes are open to all students with a focus on yoga basics with modifications offered. Please bring your own mat. First come first serve so arrive early!
